    I’ve had a love affair with cheese for as long as I can remember. There isn’t a cheese I’ve met that I haven’t liked. Feta, Blue Cheese, Old Cheddar, Brie I love them all!     I was always worried to try making scones, for some reason I thought they would be difficult to make and very time-consuming. To my surprise, they were simple and took no time at all. I found this recipe on Food.com if you’re like me and love a good carb you will enjoy these! I think during this self-isolation time I will be making scones on a weekly basis. When this is over I may weigh 300 lbs.
