Belgian Waffles

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp icing sugar
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 eggs seperated
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  • Combine flour, baking powder, icing sugar, oil, milk, and egg yolks in a bowl
  • Beat the egg whites, salt and vanilla extract until tehy stand with soft peaks
  • fold the batter into the egg white mixture
  • Pour 1 cup into your waffle iron, amount depends on the size of your waffle iron
  • Repest with the remaining mixture
  • Top with your favoruite fruit and whipped cream
