Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat 13 x 9 - inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray.
Combine graham cracker crumbs and butter. Press into bottom of prepared pan.
Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crumb mixture.
Mix together chocolate chips, coconut and nuts in a separate bowl. (You can also keep them separate and layer this bar as well).
Dump the chocolate chips, coconut, and nuts on the graham crumbs and press down firmly with a fork.
Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned, the coconut will be what you will be watching to brown.
Cool, then cut into squares and store covered at room temperature. They are much easier to cut when completely cooled, I usually wait a couple of hours before I cut them up.
