This week I wanted to make a loaf of some kind but I wasn’t sure what. I went down a rabbit hole on multiple websites, some I had heard of others I hadn’t, and came across a Grapefruit Poppyseed Loaf. I love grapefruit! It is one of my favorite citrus fruits! I started making these at 10 AM and I wasn’t finished until 2 PM, so learn from my mistake and use fast-acting yeast, it will save you loads of time. This recipe is a little trickier than the other ones I have posted, I hope I have made the directions clear and easy, if not please let me know. Ingredients For Dough3/4 cup warm water2…
