I’m not sure if it’s just me, but the bananas seem to be ripening faster than normal these days. I’m not sure if they are in transit longer than normal but it seems like within two days they are beyond ripe and I’m heading back to the grocery store to buy more bananas. Needless to say, I have a freezer full of ripe bananas right now and was needing to do something with them. This is the only banana bread recipe you will ever need. It is very easy and you can double it to make as many banana bread loaves as you need to use up those overripe bananas…
