Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 Ripe Bananas
  • 1/3 cup butter melted
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup walnuts optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F. Line loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a small bowl whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt then set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth. Stir in melted butter.
  • Stir in sugar, once it is combined add in the egg and vanilla.
  • Add in the flour mixture, mix until combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 50 minutes or until tester inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool completely before removing the banana bread from the pan.
