Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F, and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, and set aside.
In a stand mixer cream butter and peanut butter until silky smooth then add both sugars.
Add in eggs one at a time.
With the mixer on low add the flour mixture to the butter mixture.
Roll dough into 1-inch balls and put them on baking sheets. Flatten each ball with a fork, making a crisscross pattern. I dip my fork into a little flour to the cookies don't stick to the fork.
Bake for about 10 minutes or until the cookies begin to brown.
