It wasn’t overly busy at work so I had time to think, which is not always a good thing. A couple of weeks ago our dog Kiki passed away and this was the week it really sunk in. What a crazy week this was! With the mall opening back up on Thursday this week was super busy and it seemed to fly by. Thankfully this weekend is a long weekend and no one is happier about it than me! I wanted to make something quick and easy this weekend so I could get out and enjoy the sun. Peanut Butter Cookies
With everything that is happening in the world right now, I thought I would post some of the recipes that bring me comfort.
